The Beaver section is for 6 to 8 year olds and is the first experience that many young people have with the Scouting movement.

The Scout Association states that your child will need a sweatshirt and trousers as the basics. Click here to shop for these items. From experience, we find the most popular sizes for an average 6 year old, to allow growing room, are the 26" and 28" jumpers.

Your Group will normally provide the neckerchief and woggle when they are invested.

There are a great many other items that you can purchase if you wish including clothing, gifts and woggles. Many of these items will make great gifts for Birthdays or Christmas and can be viewed via the Items tab or by clicking here.
